Ensure zero deviation in material loading and the same is as per customer requirement Ensure zero deviation in material handling and storage Prepare documents such as packing list, F8, and LR and ensure 100% compliance to all norms Ensure Freight service sheet is prepared the next day for domestic polyester film with zero deviation Ensure returned material is physically received and updated in the system within 24 hours of receipt Conduct physical verification of inventory and compare with the book stocks within 7th of every month Additional Responsibility:- · Supervise loading area. · Prepare credit block removal report of previous dispatches and share the same with HO Accounts and Marketing department. · Update road permit availability and share it with marketing department weekly. · Prepare FGS report daily to check availability of materials for dispatch. · Co-ordinate with marketing department to understand the dispatch plan. · Arrange trucks and follow up. · Communicate with production and packing department to receive packing details in order to prepare packing list, same need to be informed to HO marketing. · Prepare documents such as packing list, excise invoice and bill and obtain road permit. · Prepare service entry sheet for previous day dispatch. · Prepare truck report which consists of details such as LR, Truck number, Invoice number, Customer details, Transporters and quantity. · Ensure cleanliness of materials before dispatch. · Prepare shift schedule to ensure availability of required manpower resources. · Team management · Should undergo trainings in other departments as well to be able to multi-task. · SOP & WI Preparation & review of the same and ensure training need of the team. · Overall responsible for housekeeping, team safety and as well as equipment Safety
