He also ensures uninterruptedavailability of all machines to process.He should ensure that the Equipments’ conditions and parameters meet statutory compliance as well process requirements as per SLA . He is also responsible tomaintain spares& consumables in co-ordination with Stores Deptt. The goal will be to ensure that production happens on time with minimal waste in energy efficient manner with complete attention on safety. Duties and responsibilities • Daily maintenance(PM/BD/condition based) and report preparation to achieve zero repetitive breakdowns. • Mechanical performance report, Budget tracking sheet, Mechanical costing sheet, Spares and consumables expenses report, Indents, work orders and bills report to achieve maintenance cost as per budget of his area of operation • Prepare annual maintenance calendar in consultation with HOD (Mechanical) where applicable and ensure its 100% implementation. • ISO documentation and compliance. • Plan and ensure availability of spares/consumables required for maintenance/ development/modification and erection to ensure zero failures due to non- availability of spares.
