Operator: To adequately complete the task given for area specified and to follow the all standards of which training given to him. Duties and responsibilities 1. He should be able to handle all filter cleaning operations involved in polymer filtration using TEG cleaning mechanism. 2. He should be responsible for, dismantling of chocked filters, chemical treatments, ultrasonic treatments, testing of all filter elements using bubble testing machine,assembling of all discs filters. 3. He should follow all standard operating procedures (SOP’S) related to filter operations, and ensure safe working practices to be followed by team members involved with him. 4. Co-ordinate with all plant persons regarding availability of his team during filter changeover, and related operations. 5. Reports to General Shift incharge (Filter Cleaning) about the problems involved in daily activities and resolving them with the help of Engg. team. 6. Ensures availability of all items used in filter cleaning, and assembly and inform to General shift in charge for arranging them from stores well in advance. 7. Ensures all filter elements are to be handled carefully during entire cleaning and assembly cycle of filter cleaning process. 8. Housekeeping of machine and assigned area.
