1:- A Team Member’s (Offline Coating) job is to coat the PET film as per Production plan with good quality. ?5? Khatima (Uttarakhand) 2:- His prime responsibility is to arrange all the consumables & raw materials for smooth running without down time. 3:- He runs the machine for maximum output & minimum wastage. 4:- Adherence to SOP & to ensure all check points mentioned in check list 5:- To ensure preparation of chemicals for coating as per SOP 6:- Testing & inspection of bare roll And Roll change over as per SOP. 7:- Gravure & sleeve change over as per SOP And to run the machine to produce the quality product 8:- To follow the production plan and to communicate the problem (if any) to concern dept., General shift officer & HOS 9:- On line quality observation And Sample collection & testing of coated film as per quality plan 10:- Execute SAP activities And Preparation & pasting of jumbo slip
