• Make bills as per company formats • Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants, & material invoices etc. • Duly inspect and do measurement work as per site and finalize bill accordingly • Visit all sites on regular basis and check work of contractors • Make Contracts as per desired company format and revise contract from time to time • Follow up with site engineer, store manager, supervisor, contractors etc for timely completion of work • Prepare monthly progress report of all sites as per desired format • Follow-up with outside architects and consultants for drawings and other related work • Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied with as per site consumption • Prepare building material orders (electrical, plumbing, wood work, civil) as necessary • Prepare detailed BOQs of building units and calculate per square feet cost • Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site. • Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments. • Prepare weekly and monthly payment sheet • Do proper filing of reports, drawings, contracts, debit notes etc • Should maintain registers of billing, drawing, contracts etc • In absence of site engineer , he may have to perform site work as well
