• Provide after sales support to our customers • Visit different sites and do inspection of units to make sure timely possessions of units to our customers • Give presentation of different projects to prospective client • To do all paper works related to a sale such as application form , allotment letter , registry , bank documents • Should assist in housing loan processing of our customers • Should read, understand and update formats of various legal documents such as allotment letter , registry etc as per instructions received from higher management • Track site progress and assist accountant in making monthly recovery sheet. And accordingly send recovery letter to our customers • Take site photos and update website , facebook , notice board , monthly update etc • Prepare monthly report as per predefined company format • Prepare quotation and price lists for prospective clients • Call our existing as well as prospect as per customers as per directed by management • Also assist in office work, marketing work and pre sales work.
