Utilities generation as per target with minimum downtime as per budget with zero over-time 3. Material balance report, Q per ton report, UPCL unit accounting report, Power and fuel expense report, Utility performance report, Budget tracking sheet, Utilities costing sheet, Spares and consumables expenses report, Indents, work orders and bills report as per budget 4. Husk sampling and quality testing, HSD and FO tankers unloading and dip taking and Fuel and chemicals consumption accounting in SAP. Inventory of consumables and spares as per requirement as per SOP and WI 5. ISO documentation and compliance and to achieve zero accident 6. Boilers preparation for Annual Inspection. Statutory water returns, statutory effluent report preparation as per statutory requirement 7. Checking leakages, deploying manpower for arresting it and subsequent follow-up to achieve zero leakages 8. Quality testing of fuels, water samples, raw material chemicals and utilities process chemicals from In-house lab and external labs periodically as per SOP requirement
