* Preparation of Sales Invoice in Oracle ERP. * Handling warehousing activities for Finished Goods. * Coordination with Production department for timely material availability. * FG stock auditing on perpetual & time to time basis. * Handling Transport operations to dispatch the finished goods. * Knowledge of Excise related formalities like RG1, ER1, Returns,etc . * Maintenance of Statutory documents like Excise , sales tax, service tax * Preparation of Tracking reports for finished goods dispatches. * Well verse in MS Excel * Good in performing well under tremendous pressure of related function. * Handling the loading contractual labor to get maximum output. * Good understanding of TQM aspects like 5S,kaizan etc * Strong believe in Team work environment
