1:- Planning and effecting preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance schedules of various machineries and equipment to increase machine availability time/ reliability. 2:- Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools. 3:- Fault diagnosis and rectification of problems, Preparation of schedules and reports of maintenance for feedback to management. ,Passionate about creating safe working conditions, Workout preventive and periodic plan on monthly & Weekly basis, Plan and procure maintenance spare 4:- Should be having an hands on experience in PET Polymerization 5:- Minimize inventory, refurbish used parts, carry out lubrication to plant as schedule, carry out follow up work as scheduled, assist with engineering projects as required.
