Plan the procurement activities based on the production planning & indents raised by various departments for materials purchasing of chemicals, Solvents & Intermediate on regular basis. Purchasing of mechanical items for Maintenance Deptt. Collecting Quotations, making the Comparison Statement & preparing the Purchase Order. Source, select and negotiate (In terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned. Negotiate and finalize the quotations, working on Q.T.S. (Quotation Tabulation Sheet) with final quotations for R.M. & P.M. Preparing & maintaining all required MIS. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures for Domestic & Export Manufacturing. Monitoring Daily Stock Report to Maintaining Minimum Stock & Reorder level. Ensure timely supply of the material to support the production department certifying the Vendors bills as per Purchase order terms and conditions and forward to finance department. Coordinating with finance department for timely release of payments. New Vendor Developments, Assessment & filing all documents as per ISO norms. To co-ordinate with all Departments of the Co. for the smooth functioning of Purchase. Plan and maintain Optimum stock levels in coordination with the Stores department to avoid stock-outs.
