• Strong civil engineering knowledge with strong technical working experience • Should be capable of doing: layout, use auto cad, read drawings, make BBS, Make DPR, use measuring instruments, mark levels • Should have knowledge and experience of executing finishing work as well. • Should be able to deal with contractors and project management issues. • Make and check Bill of Quantity. • Coordinating and monitoring the site activities time-to-time and resolving onsite issues. • Team player and motivated to achieve the deadlines. • Self starter with high drive and commitment. • Make and assist in billing.

Civil

• Education: B. Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma • Min 2-5 years of experience, should have executed at least high / low rise group housing / commercial projects or township construction. We can consider fresher for this role. • Should have experience in construction of large residential/commercial projects with quality work. • Very hard working and can stay on site as per demand of work
