Candidate should be able to draft independently complaints, suits, replies, agreements, etc. Drafting vetting all Legal Agreements, Contracts. Legal vetting of contracts before execution. Assisting Lawyers in Court matters and updating management on daily basis. Candidate should enable smooth operations of the company by ensuring legal compliance leading to risk mitigation and lower compliance costs. Design, update and audit the legal processes to ensure that the business is legally compliant with all statutory laws and regulations. Updating arbitration and legal cases, advocates, arbitrators and other incidental requirements Monitor compliance to various legislations and report/ escalate non-compliances. Establish a framework of compliances with various legislations.
