• Maintain RWS related accounts in tally. • Know all the residents. • Note all the problems of residents in register and solve as soon as possible. • Collect all the annual maintenance charges according to possession date. • Arrange meeting of society members. • Collect documents of residents and their servants. • Maintain files of residents. • Collect payment of electricity bill. • Knowledge of crystal power and online meter system.(We will give training) • Understand the rules and regulations of RWS. • Perform and manage all work related to RWS. • Records maintenance
