1. Graduate is must, background in Human Resource, Communication, Business Management, Inventory management or other related discipline. 2. Strong communication skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office. 4. Proficient in operation ERP 5. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. 6. Minimum Experience of 2-3 years desired. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. Maintain Data and Inventory of RM, FG, Packing Material, store etc on ERP 2. Purchasing, Raising PO and cost efficiency management will be other important responsibility. Verifying Incoming material and preparing MRN 3. Involve in HR policy matters and maintain HR records of existing employees as per the standards. 4. Challan rgp/nrgp prepared 5. Maintain and develop a computerized vendor and customer database with relevant approvals. 6. Taking care of FIFO and Batch codes in store. 7. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills. 8. General Administration work of office. 9. End of Month report and maintaining minimum inventory, Cost sheets analysis etc
