• Pre-opening of swimming pool, Jacuzzi, private cinema, rooftop pool, • Selection and on boarding of Hospitality vendors for supplies at locations, • Requisition of items and processing of bills, planning and budgeting for expenses at the site, • Managing launch events spanning through a long duration of time and arranging end to end logistics for the events, • Responsible for managing man material security at construction site, • Liaison with civic team for handling local / legal issues, • Management of Health and Safety for the entire site including risk assessments, audits and revisions of policy and procedures, • Developing and maintaining job descriptions, • Coordinating recruitment and selection procedures & delivering induction training, • Coordinating with all people managers in all employee related issues regarding employee investigations, absence issues, counseling, grievance and discipline etc, • Evaluating competencies & training needs for all hospitality employees, • Developing and implementing corporate policies and other relevant documentation, • Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all managers, • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management; • Be accountable for all guests complaints; • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved; • Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the Sales Team.
