Should have good working knowledge of plant mechanical related work & utility (Air compressors, A.H.U. ,Dryer, Water chiller/ Air Compressor/ Cooling tower , E.T. Maintenance of the Air Handling Unit (AHU). Maintenance of Reactors used for products Compressor, Centrifugal Pump, Rotary Gear Pump, Replacement of Bearing, Mechanical Seal. I have also done Alignment and leveling by Rim & Face Method. Compressor Suction and Discharge Valve servicing. Take All Clearance Like Piston, Liner, Oil Ring, Piston Ring, Cross Head oil wiper, Rod Packing Wear Band and Pumping etc.
